High Performance Dinner – Blackened Salmon & Brussels with Bacon and Gouda

Blackened wild caught salmon with skin plus brussels cooked with uncured bacon and topped with a sprinkle of grass fed olive and tomato gouda that I found at Sam’s Club. Total cost of this High Performance meal – under $5… less than the price of pharmaceutical poisons, a fast food trip, going out for an alcoholic beverage, or a pack of cigarettes… and with real lasting results for your health and happiness!
